The overall objective of the project is to encourage the efforts made and enable direct employees’ participation in the decision-making process in undertakings, based on the number of instruments used. The partnerships will be seeking for formulating and introducing of mechanisms for regular information and consultations on employees’ qualification promotion plans linked to internal company motivation strategies on professional qualification upgrade (on-the-job/off the job, courses, training plans, etc.

The project action pursuits to:

  • Enhance the trade unions involvement in consultations by taking responsibility for professional qualifications of the workers and contribution to company presence on the internal community market and challenging the global markets;
  • Contribute to the increase of the professional qualification of workers via consultations on improved conditions for job security, professional qualification, sustainable wages and work-life balance policies in the companies;
  • Motivate employment in social and economic dimensions – increase employment of young people – lead consultations on dual education for young persons for improving labor relations, labor conditions and strengthen chances for personal development;

Main target groups are employers and employees from various sectors of the economy employing innovative technologies that require new skills and upgrade of the professional qualification of workers, and employment of young people with knowledge however without labor skills.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS:

  • Capacity raising impact: enhanced trade unions involvement in consultations by taking responsibility for professional qualifications of the workers and contribution to company presence on the internal community market and challenging the global markets;
  • Transnational impact: Enhanced transnational cooperation on consultation measures aimed to the increase of the professional qualification of workers via consultations on improved conditions for job security, professional qualification, sustainable wages and work-life balance policies in the companies;

Knowledge sharing effect: Exchanged good practices between partners of the project action on how to how to motivate employment in social and economic dimensions – increase employment of young people – lead consultations on dual education for young persons for improving labor relations, labor conditions and strengthen chances for personal development.
